Let's face it. They want to keep their little strangle hold on the market.

I remember when I started out how I and the other recruits were ignored and pretty much left to ourselves. The attrition rate was very high. And, what little help we did get were crumbs attached to a pittance of the commission for massive amounts of work that really did very little for any of us as training or career development. 

I swore so many times that when and if I got successful, I would never allow the rookies to come into the office and literally starve to death. 

I guess what got me going was when I saw a lady recruit who had just gone through some personal hell and became desperately in need of an income. And, they crapped all over her. 

Then, I got really mad! You can't begin to imagine how furious I was with how they totally ignored this woman. 

I decided that I was going to succeed and I was going to bring that lady into my part of the business and make us both successful. But, I had to move fast. Her needs were mounting quickly.

One day, when I was going off onto a listing presentation I called over to her and asked her if she wanted to do a listing with me. You can't imagine how excited she was not just about sharing a listing but also sharing that listing with me. 

And, just that simple act, as my partner she was on her way. That's really all it takes. And, that's what I started teaching her... exactly what you will see, read, and experience in this little 50+ pages of what makes the difference between being the best and earning the most from those who think they're good because they are the top producer in their little office and are too unwilling to help other people.

Isn't selling the ultimate people business? 

Ultimately, I had over a dozen such people with whom I shared my commissions and whose personal growth was better than most of the so-called top agents who had previously taken advantage of them. 

I don't know you nor your situation. 

But, what I am going to share with you in this eBooklet isn't just about the stuff that you may already know nor even the stuff the so-called top agents know. 

It doesn't matter if you are brand newly certified and you have absolutely nothing going for you. 

It doesn't matter if you are a veteran and the bottom has just fallen out of your career. 

It doesn't matter even if your market has gone down the toilet. 

It doesn't matter even if you are a broker and don't have the time to work with your agents. This eBooklet on each and every one of your agents' computers is great for each and every one of them and, because you gain from their sales, great for you and your office. But, whatever you do, don't just let them sit there and starve. That's just wrong on so many levels. 

You can go from zero to too much work in just a matter of ten to twenty days... if you just do the very simple things I am going to ask you to do. 

I am going to share with you is how to do these things that even the top agents don't know and some techniques that even the top agents don't do or won't do even though they are simple and fun and ... best of all... what makes the difference between being a successful top agent and a very successful top agent that even they look up to. 

Even if your own career is somewhat lacking in success, what I share freely with you in this text ... if you just do them... will jump start your career and place you at a level that commands respect not just among other agents but within your community. And, it will do wonders for your income! And, that's always the goal. There is nothing wrong with making money... lots of it.

Get your name out. And, get it out with respect and with force

There are three notables that you will not find in here: I never did them. Some of my partners did them because they were already good at doing them. But, when you read this eBooklet, you will see and understand why I don't and I don't recommend it:

 

Don't do FSBOs unless you are already doing them and are very good at it. Even then, you can use many of my secrets to make your work with FSBOs even better.
Besides: pursuing FSBOs may be unlawful in your area. It is unlawful in mine. 

Don't do Calls-off-Ads. I simply don't cold call. Compared with what I will teach you of my secrets, you don't need to cold call. You don't need to pester people at all ever. 
Again, if you are already cold calling off ads and are good at it, keep doing it. But, add my secrets to what you are doing and you will do even better. 

You don't even have to go chasing after expireds. I know what you've been told about how good they can be. Frankly, there is a much better way. Why not have the expireds come to you? Never chase people... anyone. You don't have to. 

You don't have to learn silly mind games to con your prospects into listing with or buying from you. When you do what I ask you to do, they will see exceptional value in wanting to deal with only you.

You don't have to waste your money on mailings. I've seen too many new agents run up huge mailing costs with little or nothing to show for it. This is not a business about marketing. It's a business about execution as in... walking the talk. And, I'll show you how and how simple it is and how highly rewarding it is. 

Nor do you have to come out of your comfort zone as you have heard countless times I'm sure. 

I believe and have taught my partners and have proved that in each and every one of us, you and me both, there is so much unused capacity even within your existing comfort zone that you, as you are, are a probable heavy hitter if you just know what to do and how to do it beyond the silliness that is so common to this profession. 

You are a professional!!

You don't have to be a hard nosed, in-your-face kind of person in this business to be highly successful. In fact, those are the very people who are highly successful quickly then, like a roman candle, they flicker out and leave the business. 

This is a business for people who work hard and learn to execute a game plan that encourages you to be the person you are and to earn a very handsome income as a direct result of your own very excellent personal values. 

You will be great simply because I already know enough about you to say that you already are. You just need the right touch. 

Now... there is a caution with this program. Because it is so darned simple that anyone can do it, you can get too many listings and too many a) and b) quality buyers too quickly. And, that can be difficult. 

So, just follow the plan. Do it exactly as I do it and as I have laid it out for you. And, don't get greedy. Because, that will only hurt you. Okay?
